That’s why we’ve invested millions of dollars, consulted with public health experts, and implemented dozens of new safety protocols to keep everyone as safe as possible at Wells Fargo Center.  Thanks to all of these efforts, Wells Fargo Center is once again hosting events at full capacity.

In compliance with Philadelphia’s city-wide mask mandate, all guests and arena employees will be required to wear a mask while inside Wells Fargo Center, except while actively eating or drinking.

Philadelphia Flyers

Powerhouse | Oct. 29

The Event Organizer is requiring all attendees of this event to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 OR to have received a negative COVID-19 test within 72-hours prior to entering the venue. In attending the event, you certify and attest that you and all individuals in your party attending the event will abide by the following regulations: 

  • All fans will provide proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (14 days past final vaccination shot), OR will present proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72-hours of the event.
  • Unvaccinated fans under 12 years of age will be required to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test within 72-hours before the event and will provide proof of negative result prior to entering the venue. There will be staff checking vaccination and/or proof of negative tests at each venue and denying entry to those non-compliant with these requirements.
  • Mask wearing will be required except while actively eating and/or drinking. Entry requirements and venue protocols are subject to change. COVID tests will not be available at Wells Fargo Center – unvaccinated guests must be tested in advance.

PARKING

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Fans can now order food and drinks directly from their mobile devices. All transactions at Wells Fargo Center are now completely cashless, including retail, concessions, and parking. For fans who bring cash to the arena, Reverse ATMs will be available on-site to load cash onto a pre-paid debit card.

RETAIL

The New Era Team Store and other merchandise locations at Wells Fargo Center will be open, and we’ve made it easier than ever to purchase Flyers and 76ers gear. 

TICKETING

All tickets for Wells Fargo Center events will be delivered digitally and will be scanned from guests’ mobile devices at the arena to maintain a contactless guest experience.

We’ve also recently installed brand-new ticket-scanning turnstiles at Wells Fargo Center for contactless entry. Staff will also be on hand at each entrance to help guests scan their tickets, if necessary.

HOW DOES PARKING WORK AT WELLS FARGO CENTER?

Fans can pre-purchase parking for easy arrival either at point of ticket purchase or in lead up to the game here.

ARE GUESTS ALLOWED TO BRING ANY BAGS TO WELLS FARGO CENTER?

Only small wallets, clutches (not to exceed 4.5” x 6.5” with or without handle), medically-required bags, and parenting bags are permitted and will be subject to an X-ray scan and visual security check.

Oversized bags can be stored in lockers located on the Broad Street side of the building. Lockers are priced based on bag size, ranging from $5 to $15, payable by credit cards only. Lockers are limited and available on first come, first served basis.

CAN I BUY FOOD AND DRINKS AT WELLS FARGO CENTER?

All transactions made at the counter will be cashless, using either credit or debit cards. For fans who bring cash to the arena, reverse ATMs will be available on-site to load cash onto a pre-paid debit card.  

Wells Fargo Center also now supports mobile ordering via Tapin2. Orders can be made using the mobile ordering QR code which is accessible on seats throughout the arena and throughout the concourses.

CAN I BUY FLYERS & 76ERS MERCHANDISE AT WELLS FARGO CENTER?

Guests can order and pay for merchandise online at shop.wfcphilly.com on their mobile devices and pick it up right at the New Era Team Store. Guests can also purchase items in the store and at merchandise counters. Cash will not be accepted; however, reverse ATMs will be available on-site to load cash onto a pre-paid debit card.

WILL THERE BE ADA SEATS AVAILABLE?

Yes, ADA seating will be available. Guests who need to arrange accessible seating options can call 215-389-9571.
