Guests with a qualifying religious or medical exemption are able to enter the arena with proof of negative COVID-19 test taken within 24 hours of the event.

Children between 5 years and 3 months-12 years old must have at least one vaccine shot by January 3, 2022 in order to enter the building and must be fully vaccinated by February 3, 2022 to enter.  

Also in compliance with the city of Philadelphia’s policies, all guests and employees are still required to wear a mask while inside Wells Fargo Center, except while actively eating or drinking.

All Wells Fargo Center parking lots are cashless and offer a contactless parking experience through SP+ Parking Solutions. They accept all major credit cards and digital payment including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Fans can now order food and drinks directly from their mobile devices. All transactions at Wells Fargo Center are now completely cashless, including retail, concessions, and parking. For fans who bring cash to the arena, Reverse ATMs will be available on-site to load cash onto a pre-paid debit card.

RETAIL

The New Era Team Store and other merchandise locations at Wells Fargo Center are open and cashless, and we’ve made it easier than ever to purchase Flyers and 76ers gear. We’ve also increased space and air circulation the New Era Team Store to keep our guests as safe as possible.

TICKETING

All tickets for Wells Fargo Center events will be delivered digitally and will be scanned from guests’ mobile devices at the arena to maintain a contactless guest experience.

We’ve also recently installed brand-new ticket-scanning turnstiles at Wells Fargo Center for contactless entry. Staff will also be on hand at each entrance to help guests scan their tickets, if necessary.

WHICH VACCINES ARE ACCEPTED FOR ENTRY TO WELLS FARGO CENTER?

Vaccines approved by the FDA or WHO (including Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, and Johnson & Johnson) are accepted.

ARE ALL EVENT STAFF MEMBERS AT WELLS FARGO CENTER VACCINATED?

HOW MANY DOSES DO I NEED TO BE CONSIDERED FULLY VACCINATED?

According to the city of Philadelphia’s new policy, an individual is considered to have received a Completed Vaccination Series when the individual has received the second dose in a two dose series of an approved COVID-19 vaccine (like Pfizer or Moderna) or a single dose in a one-dose approved COVID-19 vaccine (like Johnson & Johnson).

ARE GUESTS REQUIRED TO HAVE A BOOSTER SHOT TO BE CONSIDERED FULLY VACCINATED?

No.

WHAT IF I HAVE A MEDICAL OR RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION FROM THE VACCINATION REQUIREMENT?

Guests with the below qualifying exemptions are able to enter the arena with proof of negative COVID-19 test taken within 24 hours of the event. 

  • Individuals with signed medical exemptions from a licensed practitioner.  A medical exemption form can be found here.
  • Individuals with religious exemptions who have attested in writing as to their sincerely held religious beliefs that prevent them from being vaccinated. A religious exemption form can be found here. 

WHAT ABOUT CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS AND 3 MONTHS?

Children under 5 years and 3 months are not required to show proof of vaccination or proof of a negative test.  These children are required to wear a mask except while eating or drinking.

HOW DOES PARKING WORK AT WELLS FARGO CENTER?

Fans can pre-purchase parking for easy arrival either at point of ticket purchase or in lead up to the game here.

ARE GUESTS ALLOWED TO BRING ANY BAGS TO WELLS FARGO CENTER?

Wells Fargo Center prohibits bags inside the venue in accordance with league and event guidelines and best security practices:

  • This includes Backpacks, Purses, Clear Bags, Fanny Packs, Camera bags, Drawstring Bags, Totes and Suitcases.
  • Hand clutches and wristlets are permitted but must not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” with or without handle and are subject to security inspection.
  • Lockers are available for prohibited bags on the Broad Street side of the venue. *lockers are limited & subject to availability
  • Lockers are priced based on bag size, ranging from $5 to $15, payable by credit cards only.

 

Wells Fargo Center is an inclusive and family friendly venue, so exceptions for bags are as follows:

  • Medical equipment bag and Parental bag smaller than 14” x 14” x 6”.
  • All exceptions must go through X-Ray screening at entry.

CAN I BUY FOOD AND DRINKS AT WELLS FARGO CENTER?

Wells Fargo Center also now supports mobile ordering via Tapin2. Orders can be made using the mobile ordering QR code which is accessible on seats throughout the arena and throughout the concourses.

CAN I BUY FLYERS & 76ERS MERCHANDISE AT WELLS FARGO CENTER?

Yes.  Guests can order and pay for merchandise online at shop.wfcphilly.com on their mobile devices and pick it up right at the New Era Team Store.

Guests can also purchase items in the store and at merchandise counters, which are now cashless. We’ve also increased space and air circulation the New Era Team Store to keep our guests as safe as possible.

WILL THERE BE ADA SEATS AVAILABLE?

Yes, ADA seating will be available. Guests who need to arrange accessible seating options can call 215-389-9571.
