The Wells Fargo Center Box Office is located on the Broad Street side of the building. Patrons may park in the C parking lot while visiting the Box Office.

If there is an event taking place in the venue when customers come to purchase tickets, customers will have to pay the parking fee to enter the Wells Fargo Center parking lots (even if just buying tickets and not staying) but will be reimbursed the full amount when they exit the parking lot after purchasing tickets, within the allotted time.

Reissue Tickets

Below are the instructions on how to reissue your event tickets.

  1. Click here to log in to your ticketing account.
  2. Once logged in, click the Manage My Account button in the top right of your screen.
  3. In the My Account screen, click on 'Reissue' under 'My Tickets'
  4. Select the event you would like to reissue.
  5. Select the seats you would like to reissue. You can choose to only reissue certain seats if needed.
  6. Select the delivery method. You can choose between Print at Home and Email to a Mobile Device.
  7. Verify the seats you want to reissue and the delivery method, then click 'Yes Reissue'
  8. You will be emailed a new PDF file of your tickets, which will void your previous tickets. The email is usually sent after completing the process and will be sent from [email protected] If you do not receive the email, make sure to verify your email address is correct and check any spam/junk filters that may be set up.
  9. If you choose Print At Home, make sure that those tickets are printed on an 8.5"x11" sheet of white paper. If you choose Mobile Delivery, you will receive a PDF file that you will open on your phone to be scanned at the venue entrance. Do not print the mobile file, it cannot be scanned if printed. All tickets will be included in one file.

TICKET TRANSFER

Transferring unused tickets to family and friends is now easier than ever! Eliminate the need to meet face-to-face or stand in Will Call lines before the event to drop off or pick up extra tickets. Simply access your account online and transfer your tickets to any valid email address. The recipient will then receive an email notifying them of the transfer, and will instantly receive tickets that they can print at home. It's that easy, and it's FREE!

Quick Steps:

  1. Log in to your account here.
  2. Under My Tickets, select “Transfer”
  3. Choose the event you would like to transfer
  4. Fill in the recipients delivery information
  5. Confirm ticket transfer

* Please note that Ticket Transfer will not be available for all events.

TICKET SCALPERS

The Wells Fargo Center advises patrons NOT to purchase tickets from ticket scalpers. These tickets are often counterfeit or stolen and will not be honored inside the venue.

WILL CALL

Patrons who have tickets being held at Will Call may pick up their tickets on the day of the event. The Will Call window is located inside the Box Office on the Broad Street side of the building. 

Patrons must present the actual credit card used to place the order, a valid photo ID and a purchase confirmation number.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED AT BOX OFFICE

  1. Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. Credit card purchases requre two forms of identification, and the card holder must be present to the make the purchase. 
  2. Cash
  3. Personal checks and money orders are NOT accepted


Facility fees and order fees ARE applied to ticket purchases made at the box office.​

All ticket sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.
